- keep your login credentials confidential and accept responsibility for activity under your account;
- only publish content you own or have the right to use; and
- keep your listings, pricing, availability, and contact details up to date.
We may suspend or remove any account or listing that breaches these Terms, contains misleading information, or is reported as inappropriate.
4. Listings & Content
Content submitted by businesses (text, images, links, and other materials) remains the responsibility of the submitting business. By submitting content you grant All Things Swakopmund a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote that content across the Platform and our related marketing channels. You confirm you have the rights and any necessary permissions for the content you submit, including image rights.
5. Third-Party Information & Links
The Platform may show information from third parties (such as tide times, weather forecasts, social posts, maps, and external booking links). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Bookings, payments, and arrangements made with listed businesses or external services are solely between you and that party.
6. No Warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that listings, tide times, weather data, opening hours, prices, or any other information are complete, current, or error-free. Please confirm important details directly with the relevant business before relying on them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Things Swakopmund and its operators will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, or from your reliance on any information, listing, or third-party service accessed through it.
8. Intellectual Property
The All Things Swakopmund name, logo, design, and the software behind the website and app are owned by All Things Swakopmund and may not be copied or reused without our written permission, except for content you submit and own under section 4.
