Flow is a relaxed café and restaurant at Platz am Meer, right on the Swakopmund waterfront, with indoor seating and a sunny terrace looking out over the ocean.
The kitchen runs from early breakfasts and toasties through gourmet sourdough plates, salads, wraps, burgers and Roman-style pinsas, to beef fillet, calamari and schnitzel at lunch. There is a full barista coffee menu, speciality Flow freeze drinks, milkshakes, fresh juices and immune booster shots, plus a kiddies corner and a proper sweet tooth section.
