Game Steak Burger

1x150g Namibian game loin steak served on our house-made buns, BB mayo with beetroot chutney, bacon feta cream, fresh tomatoes, frizzled onions and a side of our rustic fries. Sourcing only local ingredients to make up this juicy burger: the patty is crafted from game meat, mainly consisting of oryx, kudu or springbok. Fresh ricotta is made with beer and bacon while local farmers provide onion and beetroot to make our inhouse chutney.
