Brigadoon sits on a quiet stretch of Ludwig Koch Street, a few minutes' walk from the Mole, the Kristall Galerie and the restaurants and shops of the historic town centre.
The heart of the guesthouse is a captain's house built in 1912. It was fully renovated and reopened in April 2023, and the restoration leaned into the building's origins — a vintage, maritime look through the lounge, breakfast room and guest rooms.
There are seven rooms, ranging roughly from 15 to 30 square metres. Three are in the main house and four sit in the garden with direct access to the courtyard; each has its own entrance that doubles as a private breakfast patio. A family room, made up of a double room plus a separate bedroom with two single beds, was added in 2024.
Breakfast is served in the main house, and there is a small bar and lounge for unwinding after a day on the dunes or the water.
